Hi Folks,
First off - thanks Russell for manually activating my forum account :) Sorry I never got round to thanking you via email.
Just wondering if anyone has come across an issue where using FSHostClient kills their ability to browse the internet via web browser?
I often idle in our games.on.net FSX01 server (203.26.94.251) and find that I will sometimes, at random, loose all ability to browse the web. Typing in any web address, including 192.168.1.1 instantly results with 'this page can not be displayed' - also, FSHostSpy fails to connect to the master server. In fact the only thing that ALWAYS does work is pinging my router or google via CMD prompt.
In 90% of cases when this happens, disconnecting from FSHostClient fixes my problem, but in rare cases i have to restart my computer, or even power cycle my router to get access back to the web.
Can anyone help out?
I have ports forwarded, all ports are open according to the checker tool. Running win7 64bit, behind a N6BPlus4WN router. Using chrome mainly, but all browsers are effected.
Thanks :)
EDIT: And I just realised I popped this in the wrong section... my bad :/
