Help with someone else's FSHost server?

Well, this will be  strange, but I need to know if theres a way to help me out. My friends and I, play at this server, Brasil Free Fly, (91.121.103.168-81) and the problem is the owner leave the server, theres no admin to control and there is a noob messing around. There is a way to kick him, hack his ip or anything else? We just wanna fly without trouble. :-\
