Help needed with ports
« on: November 25, 2011, 03:13:31 PM »

Not sure what I'm doing wrong at all. I've forwarded all ports indicated and still not able to connect as a client. When I try to connect as a client all I get is "No Session found". It's got to be easier then this.

I think it's with the new router from Shaw. anyone using the SMCD3GN from SCM networks?
Any help would be great as Gamespy is frustrating me with constant disconnects

Hi,

Have you tried running my FSPortTest program, to check all the ports on your router?

Also, are you trying to connect to your own session, or someone else's?

What version of FS are you using?

Thanks,
Russell

Hello
Yes sir. I keep getting port error timed out. Are you talking about FShost and if so it is the latest one version 3.2 and if your talking about sim its FSX.

I have seemed to connect but I had to turn off the firewall in the router. Not good. Got to find the issue..

Thanks
