is it possible to ceate FShost in a mac, that was I (and possibly others) can use their PC for flying?

Sure, within a virtual PC environment (running Windows on top of the Mac OS). Running FSHost natively on a Mac would be close to impossible, since you would have to re-write all of the DirectX networking code...
