Can't connect to master server

I can't connect to master server, i have tried everything that your FAQ says to do, except i do not know what a router is? please help

Hi traveler,

Could you please post the exact error message that you're seeing?  Also, a router is a little box that a lot of people use to connect to the internet.  Sort of like a modem.  You might check with whoever setup your internet connection for you to see if you're using one.  The problem with them is that you usually have to configure them to allow certain types of data through to your machine, otherwise you have connection problems with Flight Simulator.  But if you know which type you have, it's not hard to configure it.
