You should make a FSHost that runs even if your computer is off.  that would make it a lot easier for me.

I'm assuming you mean that you want it to run on your webhost's server, not that you want it to somehow run from a machine that's not turned on 

Unfortunately, you have to have a real live machine that's running in order to run FSHost, it can't be run from a web host.
