PLayers cant join when some 1 else has

OK i run a server for Aeronet 24/7 and its been working for over a year now but i have a formation team who cant join any1 can join but if 1 of them joins two of the other cant join and its the same the other way around. i have sent them the port checker and 1 said his port were fine and no errors and there other has bout 5 or 6 errors and everyport its checking says "waiting for response, timed out" please help

This problem is almost always because at least one of the players doesn't have the ports forwarded correctly in their router.  If FSPortTest is showing errors, that's most likely where the problem is.  They need to get the ports forwarded correctly so it passes all tests.  If they can post info about which router they have, maybe someone here on the forum can help -- or they can look at www.portforward.com for more info on their router also.
