i don't found my session

Sorry for my english.
I created my session with fshost, installed in a virtual server os windows server 2003 32 bit. all work fine.
i can see my sesseion with fs spy , i copy ip adress and paste it in fshost client but apper the message "session no found".
if i conect in an another session i can the problem is only with my session, where is the problem in the server or in the client?

session name <prova> ip: 109.233.120.146

please help me.

put in the internal IP, looks like your router doesn't support looping.

but the fshost works in a virtual  server and the client in my pc at home, don't works in the same machine and don't work in the same lan too.

can samebody try to connect in my session?

i think is a problem with the ports of server.

which OS do use you for the VM? when using Server 200x you need to open the Firewall for FS-Host ports. For testing disable the Firewall under services, then you should be able to see the session

the vps use windows server 2003 32 bit without firewall installed.

can you access the html interface of FS-Host?

do you have access to the router infront of the vps?

port 2302-2400, 6073, 23456 (UDP) and a TCP host port (i.e. 80) should be forwarded to the IP of the internal Inface of the VPS.

yes i can access the html interface.

i can't acces to the router the vps is in a server farm.


the aministrator tell me all tcp port are open but not tell me about udp port.

can you see my session?

Have you tried to run FS-Porttest?

are all req'ed ports open?

I resolved thank you. 
I send another e-mail to aministrator of server farm an now all work fine, i don't know why  ???

yes i run fs-porttest all ports 23456 open 6073 open 2300 to 2320 open.
